| Pastor-Parish Committee
Responsibilities:
- Conduct an annual performance evaluation
and on-going feedback, as needed, of the pastor.
- Identify the job responsibilities of the pastor.
- Listen to and resolve any problems regarding the
relationship between the pastor and the congregation.
- Forward issues and recomendations to the General
Committee that concern the pastor.
- Forward issues and recommendations to other
appropriate committees that may arise at or be
brought to the Pastor/Parish Relations Committee.
