IOKA VALLEY FARM is a diversified, family owned and operated farm nestled in the Berkshire hills, in the beautiful Hancock Valley. The Leab family has operated the farm since 1936 and prides itself in producing quality products for consumers. The farm currently produces high quality natural, hormone free beef, strawberries, pumpkins, squash, Christmas trees, hay, shelled corn and maple syrup and maple products. Ioka Valley Farm natural beef is pasture raised, spring thru fall months, supplemented with ground corn, raised here on the farm, for extra energy. During the winter months the animals are housed in a loose housing, free envriroment with free choice hay, ground corn, corn silage, all grown at Ioka Valley Farm, and mineral supplements.
